The RCEL philosophy
Results Come When Excuses Leave
Ronald Moise has seen firsthand how new agents can be taken advantage of in this industry, the costly mistakes, the debt, the lost renewals, Ronald set out to build something different: an agency rooted in transparency, where new, aspiring, and veteran agents alike are given every tool and system they need to win. To deliver on that promise, he created RCEL CRM, a platform built specifically to help life insurance agents become more productive and more successful. His goal for every agent who joins is simple: pour into them daily and help them reach their first six figures.

Founder & Chairman
My true story is that life is sometimes a tough journey, not a destination.
Ronald Moise arrived in the United States from Haiti at sixteen years old with about five dollars in his pocket, not even a dollar in American money. What he lacked in resources, he made up for in something that cannot be bought: relentless drive, discipline, and a refusal to quit.
Young, hungry, and full of energy, he began learning the tax business and serving people in his community. It was there that life insurance found him in 2011. He was not looking for it, but he fell in love with the work, and that passion is as strong today as it was on day one.

Eric Wolff, Partner
As Partner and Co-Founder, Eric has helped build an agency founded on integrity, education, and putting people first. His passion for serving others, combined with his commitment to developing future leaders, continues to drive the RCEL-group's growth and impact.
Eric Wolff's journey into the life insurance and the annuities industry began after being laid off from his job and spending months searching for new opportunities. What began as an unexpected career change quickly evolved into a mission of helping individuals, families, and business owners protect their financial future through life insurance and annuities.
Eric is committed to educating clients and providing personalized solutions that fit their unique financial goals. Whether it's protecting a family's legacy, planning for retirement, or creating long-term financial security, he believes every client deserves honest guidance, exceptional service, and a strategy designed around their needs.

VP Administration
Dianna Moise is a dedicated administration professional with over 6 years of experience leading operational and administrative functions. As the VP of Administration, she brings a strong foundation in strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership to every aspect of her role.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida, where she built the analytical and leadership skills that continue to drive her professional success today.
Beyond her career, Dianna is a devoted wife and mother of two. She believes that a fulfilling life is built on balance — outside of work, she treasures time with her family, prioritizes living a healthy lifestyle, and is a firm believer in the power of self-care as a foundation for showing up fully, both at home and in her career.
