How You Get Paid

First Year Commissions - Earn a strong first year commission on every policy you write, paid on a 9-month advance schedule.  No waiting for months to get paid for work you did today.

Renewals - The business you write keeps paying you a renewal commission in the years that follow.

Override and pay-through - When you're ready to lead, you can build a team and earn override and pay-through on their production.
